Tyra Oseng-Rees challenges who we wee as changemakers in a TEDx talk

Tyra Oseng-Rees has taken the TEDx stage to share a powerful reflection on innovation, identity, and the quiet stories that shape our world.

Speaking from the “in-between” where disciplines meet, cultures overlap, and generational values are passed down through principles and meaning, Oseng-Rees invites audiences to reconsider what innovation truly looks like, and who is allowed to be seen as a changemaker.

The talk honours the transformative potential of stories carried with intention across generations, communities, and sectors. These quiet narratives, often overlooked, have the power to shape cultures, policies, and practices that endure beyond any single lifetime.

We gratefully acknowled the TEDxSwansea team is for their trust and care in creating a platform that amplifies voices from the margins and fosters meaningful dialogue.
