Dr. Tyra Oseng-Rees to present for ND Norske Designere on circular design and the Welsh Future Generations Act.

News Release: Sharing a Journey from Idea to Societal Impact

ND Norske Designere (a professional network and platform for independent designers in Norway) has invited Dr. Tyra Oseng-Rees to present at their upcoming lunch webinar on Thursday, 16 October at 11:30 CET. The event will be held in Norwegian, online, and is open to all.

It’s an exciting opportunity to share the story behind Oseng-Rees Reflection Ltd, the award-winning studio based in Wales that develops architectural materials made from 100% recycled glass. With a background in product design from OsloMet and a PhD from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David, Dr. Oseng-Rees combines art, science, and entrepreneurship to build a circular and future-oriented design practice.

The webinar will explore how the Welsh Future Generations Act can be used as a practical tool for sustainable innovation, and how design can serve as a catalyst for real societal change.
