These three pillars defined my journey as an artist, innovator, and entrepreneur. Through my work at Oseng-Rees Reflection Ltd, I have explored the powerful potential of fused recycled glass, transforming discarded materials into stunning architectural masterpieces.
At TEDxSwansea, I’ll share how sustainability is not just an ethical choice but a strategic advantage—one that fosters innovation, reshapes industries, and drives positive environmental impact. Drawing on my Welsh-Norwegian heritage and my PhD in fused recycled glass material, I’ll take you through the creative and technical journey of turning waste into opportunity.
Together, we’ll explore the circular economy, the transformative power of repurposed materials, and how integrating sustainability into business can shape a better future for all.
